Why we recommend Icel.

Icel knives are made from high-carbon steel from Germany. The high concentrations of carbon make the steel very hard – harder than normal steel.

You, therefore, get a knife that will cut through meat and bread crusts with relative ease, while at the same time, retain its sharpness for longer time period.
